Very bad...the buckle broken and had just used 1st time on a nirmal head with the standard size band

Dear Airavat Customer Support,

I am writing to express my disappointment with a product I recently purchased. I bought **'Airavat MeltX Swimming Goggles'** from **OM Sports** just a week ago, and I used it for the very first time recently. Unfortunately, I found the quality to be unsatisfactory that the ultra buckle was defective and it wouldn't hold the band and it couldn't be adjusted because of it properly and because of that the water came in the goggles while swimming.

When I contacted OM Sports regarding this issue, they informed me that they could not assist me and advised me to reach out to you directly.

Given that the product is practically new and used only once, I believe this reflects a manufacturing defect. I request your urgent assistance in resolving the matter — either through a replacement or a refund.

Please let me know the next steps and the details required from my side. I can share photos, receipts, and other proof of purchase if needed.
